These Services include shop.puravidabev.com, community.puravidabev.com, any mobile or web-based Pura Vida applications, and all other locations where these Terms of Use are posted.

USER REGISTRATION (A) Some features may require registration. Users under 13 may not register. Certain services may require users to be 18 or older.

NO CLASS ACTIONS You agree not to pursue claims on a classwide basis.
NO JURY TRIAL You waive any right to a jury trial.
